PWDC operates as a team of freelancers, as such we only employ people on a freelance basis. When we have a specific problem and the core team either don't have the skills or the time we bring in the appropriate freelancers to fulfil the task. This enables us to be far more cost effective and to offer a range of services that only a much larger company could offer.

We are always looking for talented freelance designers and developers so that when we do have a demand for additional services we are ready to go. We are always looking for Web Designers, Flash Developers, Actionscript programmers, PHP programmers/developers, ASP programmers/developers but would be interested if you have any other skills that you think may be of use to us.

We prefer to work for ourselves because we like to have control of when where and what tasks we take on. This enables us to get satisfaction and enjoyment from what we do and we feel the quality and attention to detail of our work reflects this.
